If it's a problem to you, then it's a problem to me. Stillness Counseling seeks to treat the whole person. My treatment approach is unique to your specific goals. Whether you are experiencing- depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, traumatic stress, compulsions, self-harm, identity confusion, thinking errors, psychosis, relationship distress, career dissatisfaction, or family concerns- I hope to provide a comfortable, therapeutic environment conducive to helping you achieve life satisfaction.

Most major insurance plans accepted. Please verify coverage prior to your first appointment. Self-pay rate is as follows:
$200 Initial Assessment
$150 per Treatment Session
Cancellation Policy

An $95 fee will be assessed if you do not show or have not cancelled your appointment 24 hours in advance, per the financial agreement signed at intake.

Your co-pay or deductible is due at the time of your appointment. Services will be postponed for balances exceeding $150 until resolved, per the financial agreement signed at intake.
CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
Stillness Counseling complies with the HIPPA Privacy Rule. Your health information is protected and cannot be disclosed without written signed consent.
Exceptions to confidentiality are outlined in your documentation signed at intake.
MEDICATION & DRUG TESTING
Should you need medication management, your provider will refer to a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner off-site.
Stillness Counseling does not offer drug testing.
LEAVE & ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS
Effective September 1, 2021, Stillness Counseling no longer provides documentation for family medical leave, disability leave, mental health accommodation or modified work schedules. Increased demand has made this service no longer feasible. It is recommended that such paperwork be completed by the office of your medical care provider, which has sufficient staff for such a request.
LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
Stillness Counseling chooses not to provide legal mediation, consultation services, or court testimony for divorce proceedings, custody agreements, cases involving Child Protective Services or Adult Protective Services, or workers’ compensation. Stillness Counseling reserves the right to discontinue or refuse services to persons who have failed to disclose the legal nature of their initiation of psychotherapy services.
